Article If you are using a free service email provider like hotmail.com or Yahoo!, please check your Junk E-mail folder. Also, if you're using an email client like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird and have SPAM controls enabled, please make sure that your email did not get lost in the mix.

The billing company sends the confirmation emails; we do not. If you follow the instructions above and still have not received a confirmation email of purchase, please contact your billing company. You may find the billing company contact information in our "How Do I Cancel My Membership?" section.
